ABOUT
Seven Industries. One Thread.
Most careers follow a straight line. Deepanshu Sahni's looks more like a circuit board — unexpected connections that only make sense when you see the whole picture.
It started with Nerdster — building an IT, networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity business from the ground up. Every layer of the stack, from switches to SOC, from zero-trust architecture to 2am incident response. Then digital marketing, learning distribution, persuasion, and how to reach the right people with the right message at scale. From there to private equity at Unison Investments — learning value creation, how to look at a business and see what it could become.
Along the way, sub-projects and industries that gave full operational exposure. Last-mile logistics as COO and CTO — optimisation at scale where the margin between profit and collapse was razor-thin. Pathology laboratories as CEO, COO, and CTO — full exposure from starting greenfield projects, hiring teams, achieving ISO accreditation, conducting research, and implementing technology to cut turnaround times and improve clinical workflows. Then founding an online pathology platform — from planning to sales, software to legal, building the full picture of what it takes to bring a health-tech product to market.
Now, all of those threads converge. Building AI tools and automation that make businesses think, adapt, and scale — informed by a decade of watching how organisations actually work, where they break, and what it takes to rebuild them better.
